Shipping and Return Policies
La Guilde ships worldwide. We generally use Canada Post, Purolator, and Fero Transport for deliveries within Canada and DHL for international deliveries. La Guilde insures all works until delivery.
The cost of transportation, including handling fees, is subject to change without notice for all shipping. Should this be the case, we will inform you as soon as possible. Please note that you are responsible for the cost of customs clearance and that La Guilde is not responsible for any delays in delivery that may occur due to customs or the shipping company.
Following payment, the work will be packaged and shipped with care. You will receive the tracking number and delivery delay by email. Delivery times vary between two and seven business days in Canada and between three and twenty-one business days internationally, depending on where you are.
** Please note that La Guilde does not ship works with ivory outside Canada.
Following receiving a work, you have seven days to decide whether to keep it or return it to La Guilde. If you choose to return it, you must contact La Guilde and arrange to have the work shipped back to you, within three days, at your own expense. A return is only acceptable if the work is in its original condition and is packaged in its original box and materials. Please note that you will be held responsible for any damage to the artwork during the return shipment.
You will receive a gallery credit, valid for 365 days. As a non-profit organization, La Guilde does not offer refunds.
