Shipping Policy

La Guilde ships worldwide. Most of the time, La Guilde uses the services of Canada Post, Purolator and Fero Transport for deliveries in Canada, and DHL for the deliveries internationally. All works are insured by La Guilde until delivery. The cost of transportation is subject to change without notice for the delivery of works internationally. In this case, we will contact you as soon as possible. 

Following the artwork and shipping payment on our website, the work is carefully packaged and shipped. You will then receive the package tracking number and estimated delivery time by email. Delivery times vary between 2 and 7 working days, in Canada, and between 3 and 21 working days in the rest of the world, depending on your residence location.. 

Please note that you assume the customs clearance costs of the works and that La Guilde is not responsible for extended delivery times that may occur due to customs or the transport company. Certain exceptions apply for works part of special exhibitions.

** La Guilde does not ship works with ivory or bone outside of Canada.

Return Policy

After receiving a work, you have 7 days to decide whether to keep it or return it to La Guilde. If you choose to return it, you must contact La Guilde and have the work shipped within 3 days, at your expense. A return is admissible only if the work is in its original state and is packed in its box and its original material. Please note that you are responsible for any work damaged during return transport. 

You will receive a gallery credit, valid for a period of 365 days La Guilde does not offer any reimbursements.
