Member of the Wolf Clan, Mohawk carver Dale Isaacs lives on the Six Nations Reserve near Brantford (ON). Initiated to sculpture in 1998 by artist Roy Henri, Dale Isaacs developed his own style and technical knowledge, favouring Brazilian soapstone and using only hand tools for his creations. Through his work, the artist seeks to preserve his cultural heritage and uplift the viewer's spirit by putting positive energy into each of his sculptures. His work has been exhibited in several galleries across Canada.
