Claire Nadon is an artist, costume designer, leather goods maker, and designer. After a few years in the theatre industry as a set, costume, and lighting designer, she decided to continue her studies in cinema at Concordia University and then completed a Bachelors and Masters in Art History at the Université de Montréal. Over the years, she developed all aspects of her artistic practice by acquiring additional training in leather goods, footwear and textile construction, such as at the Center des métiers du cuir de Montréal and the Center des textiles contemporains de Montréal.
