La Guilde is pleased to invite you to the opening of the exhibition Ashoona: Enduring Art Stories, which will be held in person on Thursday February 24, 2022, from 6 to 8 pm. The event will be an opportunity to meet the artist and curator of the exhibition, Goota Ashoona as well as some members of the Ashoona family. A throat singing performance will also take place during the evening.
From February 24 to July 3, 2022, this exhibition will feature the work of twenty-three artists from the Ashoona family, from Kinngait (Cape Dorset, Nunavut):

La Guilde recommends a short visit to allow all to enjoy the exhibition. In order to respect social distancing, only 75 visitors will be able to enter the space at any one time. Don't forget, wearing a mask is mandatory and the vaccine passport will be required upon entry.
