As part of the permanent collection exhibition For the Love of Lace: Crafting Identities, La Guilde is offering a series of introductory lace-making workshops.
Valentine's Day Workshop
Pour célébrer la Saint-Valentin, le 14 février, participez à notre atelier de dentelle et de création de cartes. Venez accompagné(e) d’un être cher : votre partenaire, un membre de votre famille ou un ami, et célébrez l’amour avec nous ! Durant cet atelier de deux heures, vous apprendrez les bases de la dentelle aux fuseaux, une technique traditionnelle remontant au XVe siècle.
To celebrate Valentine’s Day on the 14th of February, join us for a Valentine’s lace and card making workshop. Bring a loved one, whether your partner, family member or friends and celebrate love with us! Through a two hour workshop, you will learn the basics of bobbin lace, a traditional lacemaking technique that dates back to the fifteenth century.

Spring Break Workshop
For Spring Break in March, we are offering two workshops for children and parents and one for all ages. More details to come

The workshops have a capacity of 8 participants.
For families, the workshop is intended for children aged 8 to 13. Accompanying adults are also welcome to participate.
