Of the Maliseet Nation in St. Mary’s (NB), artist and traditional dancer Robert Donahue currently resides in Montreal. Strongly influenced by his heritage and the world of tribal dancing, Robert Donahue creates authentic pieces that are highly spiritual in nature and that have captured the attention of many private collectors in North America. Dedicated to spreading awareness about Indigenous culture, he actively participates in events and conferences. Since 2007, he follows the Pow Wow trail across Quebec and Ontario, where he shares his art with people coming from around the world to attend these ceremonial celebrations of life and nature.
