As part of the exhibition Lindsay Montgomery, Monster Faience, La Guilde is pleased to invite the ceramic artist Pierre Aupilardjuk to host a stoneware sculpture workshop. The artist will guide participants in hand-building a sculpture, that they will each be able to keep.

An artist working in the Matchbox Gallery studios in Kangiqliniq (Rankin Inlet, NU), Pierre Aupilardjuk participates in several major exhibitions across Canada. His works are in several notable collections, such as the National Gallery of Canada, the Winnipeg Art Gallery, the Prince of Wales Northern Heritage Center (Yellowknife, NU) and the Nunavut Legislative Assembly (Iqaluit, NU). Pierre Aupilardjuk also gives workshops and lectures.
